Care Coordination
Clients work with a care coordinator who advocates for them and helps them overcome obstacles they may face in obtaining community services.
Our Care Coordinators can help with:
- Navigation of Medical Care
- Food Assistance
- Housing
- Medication Assistance
Eligibility Requirements for Care Coordination
You must enroll in one of our programs detailed below in order to receive FAITH and RJ care coordination.
We offer services ranging from STD/STI testing to Trans Gender Non-Conforming (TGNC) care to our clients.

Reproductive Justice (RJ) Program
The RJ program provides reproductive care for birthing people. We provide emergency contraception and family support, such as infant care items, household supplies, and wellness items to those in need.

Food Pantry
The food pantry is open by appointment only to active FAITH and RJ members. Members can call to set up an appointment time at 334-526-2218. For emergency assistance after hours call 334-603-1716.
Housing
TKO program membership is not required to receive housing support. To begin receiving assistance or to learn more, please get in touch with our Housing Coordinator - Cerissa Brown.

Member Activities
To receive meeting dates and times, zoom links, and other pertinent information members are encouraged to join the members-only Facebook group.
